Issue body

I'm not sure if this is really the right place for this as it is not really a bug, rather a lack of ipv6 support, but I was unable to find an email address or anything to reach out to inquire. Vultr's $2.50 plan now only includes ipv6 and I now find unable to use snaps due to what I assume is lack of ipv6 support on snapcraft.io. I get the below error when trying to login via sudo snap login error: cannot get snap access permission from store: Post https://dashboard.snapcraft.io/dev/api/acl/: dial tcp 91.189.92.17:443: connect: network is unreachable (see "snap login --help") Now that there is a provider out there, probably others only dealing in ipv6 (without additional charge) could we possibly get snaps working in ipv6 only environments?
